The ONLY Way to Scale to 20k Months and Do LESS One-on-Ones
Come on now... lol you know me better than that by now…
There is no "one way"
There are a MILLION ways...
but If you want to know my FAVORITE way, SAVE these three steps!
STEP ONE: WORK YOUR WAY BACKWARDS
- Start with your desired income (20k months as the example).
- Look at your current offers (Ex: I have 1-1 package for 1800 or I have a group program for $2300).
- Identify the GAP (I would need × more 1-1 or group programs sold each month to make that goal).
And then do this…
STEP TWO: CREATE A CLIENT JOURNEY
Now, DON’T make more things…
use what you already have and break it up/ name it different things!
(if you already have a group program) or take what your clients are always asking you about and think "if I could tell them everything they needed to know... what would it be"?
and VIOLA! The birth of your program!
Example:
- Let's say you have a 1-1 offer that helps women lose excess weight after having a baby.
- Your 1-1 is your highest ticket item (raise the price) (let's say it's now $2800 and you enroll 2 each month).
- Your group coaching program becomes live group support for your clients for 3 months (let's say it's $3300 for 4 months + you enroll 4 per month).
- Now... you're already at $18800 for the month!
Now obvi everyone's not going to pay in full, and life is weird so let's create MORE ways to make money!
What if we:
- took the teachings of the group program, made them self paced + sold it for $399?
- Then we took the best module and made it a "mini course" for $97?
- And then took one of the workbooks and made it free?
Now.. we have an ENTIRE Passive Offer Suite!
Best part? You didn't actually create anything new on the backend but you just got CREATIVE with packaging at different price points.
STEP THREE: SALES MANAGEMENT
Now how do you manage to sell all of this at once?
- Leave your live group program for a live launch on Instagram.
- Leave your 1-1 for upsells or live selling.
- And the other 3? Build an entire passive funnel ecosystem that sells them FOR YOU!
They all work together as a beautiful ecosystem bringing in clients at different stages of the journey, trust in you and capacity for investment!
