A true and good queen... cares for her people, is concerned w her people, thinks about and takes action to lead her people, and actually is sitting in the responsibility and integrity everyday of that which she carries... like a boss..

She will lure you to her through the top coaches instagrams.

Look at their bags.

Look at their first class plane rides.

Look at their friend group.

Why do I even follow them? You wonder...

Why do I feel like I can't unfollow them?

It's called manifestation porn.

It's an ILLUSION that makes you feel as if you don't have enough and are not enough..

And...

If you can feel back into a memory, or if there is an emotion around something / someone from past...

Mind is a computer + there is a tab running.

Like having a hundred windows open on your phone + wondering why it's slow or you lack clarity...

Minds job is to keep you SAFE.

And it still is very much wired for primal instincts and survival..

It also speaks a different language than the conscious mind ..

So you could be saying "I want to make 300k in my business this year"

And mind immediately puts 300k as a THREAT.

Simply bc you used the word "WANT"

When you learn to move through the mental plane..

In a way that mind can understand..

HOLY MOLY.

The energy is cleared.

Free.

and CLARITY arrives!

This is the power of RRT.

We can clear things on the spiritual emotional and energetic plane (most of us) pretty easily..

But when the mental MIND is not on board...

It can be a constant loop

Most of human suffering comes from the 

obsession of creating MEANING

Half of what I do with clients is help them remove the meaning from what they have put on the pedestal.

What will a million mean about you?

Nothing.

What does your failed launch mean?

Nothing.

What does no one liking your post mean about your offer?

Nothing.

What does someone saying NO to you mean?

Nothing.

Nothing means anything,

until you decide to give it meaning.

I remember when I was wanting to break through the Illuminous 10k months...

And realized that I thought when I was SUCCESSFUL

I would be neat and tidy.

Hahahahahah.

Like I thought 10k months = meant having my shit together AND I thought "having my shit together" meant I no longer had 480 cups on my nightstand..

When I realized that l'd likely still be the type of person who left shit around the house 24/7

Lost my keys daily

And had to have my husband ping my phone every 2 minutes ...

...

It’s 2024.

Time to normalize doing shadow work, having issues to deal with + dark nights of the soul and still..

Showing up CONSISTENTLY to serve your clients, your audience + your mission God gave you in life.

2023 was one of the HARDEST years for me in many ways.

I got told in May that I had 2 masses in my breast + because I almost died 2x in my twenties went into a SUPER dark place..

Started + ended 2 business partnerships

Had scary low months of recurring revenue that I hadn't seen in YEARS

And yet..

I still showed up.

Here's the thing.

When your business is about YOU and what

YOU need from it..

You won't show up to serve when it gets tough. You'll quit... or go so inward that it'll take a whale swallowing you whole + dropping you off in front of a group of people to remind you why you're here....

But when your business is the conduit for your calling..

When you are connected to the message you have and the calling is...

Most people are teaching you in manifestation world to CONTINUALLY imagine your next level of wealth + success and FEEL excited about it..

But here's the thing.

Gratitude RARELY feels like excitement..

But neutrality.

Instead of CONSTANTLY

Trying to hype up feelings of excitement and awe..

Your manifestations will come in a lot faster when you practice neutrality.

This means that you are practicing erasing

"meaning" for the amount of money you make, receive, have in your bank account...

And one of the EASIEST ways to do that NOW and be 10 steps ahead of where you were 4 seconds ago is release the meaning around....

What you DON’T have.

The "wealthy" constantly scream at you to

FEEL a certain way about

•  having debt
•  taking out loans
•  owning a house/ renting/ owning a car/ leasing
•  investing/ not investing

... and here's the trick

They are projecting what that means to THEM onto...

The fastest way to make MORE income

Is to STACK your income

Here are some of the easiest ways to start stacking your income + where to start FIRST.

First is MINDSET:

Stacking income means money is coming to you from MULTIPLE avenues.. which actually believe it or not.. can be really overwhelming for some people.

Think about it this way, when we've lived in a world where we made all of our income from ONE job... having money coming to you from EVERYWHERE can be "new" therefore a threat to your nervous system.

So to make this seem like "this happens all the time" to your unconscious mind do this:

Start to see all the ways RESOURCE is coming to you.

Resource flow comes to us in the form of LOVE, money, time, energy, connection etc etc.

My favorite way to do this is look at all the ways my body is ALREADY capable of receiving excess and multiple sources of one of these.

About a month ago I started clearing a subconscious fear around being "FAMOUS"

Specifically that word.

I let myself sit with it and ask why I was so SCARED of being famous… 

•  what I thought I'd lose
•  any potential dangers
•  what other people would assume about me...

This first started because..

I read a story in hormozis book about when he met with a famous friend and asked him if he hated to be so famous bc of haters and threats

The guys response was if that's all he had to sacrifice in order to make so much money, have so much influence, and therefore make such a big change in the world...

What a great HONOR it was.

That story really activated me...

Then when the fires happened in Hawaii

I watched Jenna Kutcher use her giant platform and influence to locate housing for locals, 

I watched her donate money to every family she shared and donate the use of her properties to locals in distress.

This...

“I suck at being consistent online”

No. You don’t.

Do you brush your teeth every day? (Hopefully)

You don’t suck at consistency... there are a ton of things you are consistent at that are autopilot in your life..

BUT you experience resistance (oh it’s the last thing I think about!) to being consistent doing the ONE major thing that moves the needle in your business.

There is no "one way"

There are a MILLION ways... 

but If you want to know my FAVORITE way,  SAVE these three steps!

STEP ONE: WORK YOUR WAY BACKWARDS 

• Start with your desired income (20k months as the example). 
• Look at your current offers (Ex: I have 1-1 package for 1800 or I have a group program for $2300). 
• Identify the GAP (I would need × more 1-1 or group programs sold each month to make that goal). 

And then do this… 

STEP TWO: CREATE A CLIENT JOURNEY

Now, DON’T make more things…

use what you already have and break it up/ name it different things!

(if you already have a group program) or take what your clients are always asking you about and think "if I could tell them everything they needed to know... what would it be"?

and VIOLA! The birth of your program!
